The “Black Crow” was out and about at Monte Mayor and has noted that Russ Crawford, Douglas Casciaro and Graham Streets did not make their tee times and unfortunately the required notice was not given.
The “Black Crow” was also worried someone was trying to steal the eggs from his nest at Monte Mayor. We are reliably informed by one of our long- standing members, Richard Glover, that a certain Jeff Richardson was seen climbing up a tree. It transpires that after hitting a great shot, the club flew out of his hands on the follow through and finished 20ft up a pine tree! Ever the Scotsman, rather than leave a message with the green keeper, Jeff proceeded to clamber up the branches to recover the club. We wondered whether it was his “tree” iron?
